In order to promote a professional and reliable program of excellence for the removals industry in Scotland, the Scottish Guild of Removers was formed. Besides removals and storage services in Scotland, our members also offer removal services to and from England, Wales, Ireland, Europe, and beyond.

Many Scottish removal companies, which were and are members of the National Guild of Removers & Storers (NGRS), asked NGRS to start a removals trade association with a Scottish identity in 2021. In response to that request, NGRS has launched The Scottish Guild of Removers. It’s financed and managed by the Guild.

In fact, NGRS has been looking for support since 2004 when it registered The Scottish Guild of Removers & Storers Ltd with Companies House.
