Over the 10 day festival, Stirling will host around 50 events in 20 different venues.

There's everything from art exhibitions, theatre and children’s shows to a mini street food festival, stand-up comedy and our Final Fling Ceilidh at the newly opened Colessio Hotel.

This year’s festival also has an international flavour, with acts from around the world visiting Stirling. Performers from South Africa (Simply Soweto Encha), Sweden (Lyy) and Canada (Wes Zaharuk) will join talent from across the UK in this year’s programme. Not forgetting, of course, a raft of talent from Stirling. And where else in Scotland will you be able to make art from nettles, eat exotic street food, watch a historical re-enactment and dance along to a Swedish folk group - all on the same day.

The Stirling Fringe is a new boutique arts festival founded in 2013. As a non-profit Community Interest Company, the aim to grow the festival into one of the most exciting and bold arts festival in the country.

Under the banner "Innovate Collaborate Celebrate", the Stirling Fringe 2014 will fill the streets of the city of with artistic excellence from September 19 to 28.

The Stirling Fringe offers a programme of music, comedy, theatre, spoken word, art, children's events, poetry and a family-friendly Fringe Sunday
